Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, silk bags, and free gifts are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the hair is in its original state, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
